CEO Vickie Chen has received the Platinum Award for Outstanding Chief Executive Officer at the 2026 TITAN Women in Business Awards, recognizing her leadership, innovation, and contributions to advancing women in business and technology.

With more than two decades of industry experience, CEO Vickie Chen has played a major role in guiding AviaGames’ growth and expanding its presence within mobile gaming. Her leadership has helped position the company among the Top 40 Global Mobile Gaming companies by revenue while continuing to prioritize player-focused experiences and sustainable growth.

In addition to overseeing product development and company expansion, CEO Vickie Chen has actively supported workplace diversity and mentorship efforts aimed at encouraging more women to pursue leadership opportunities in gaming and tech industries.

Her impact also extends into charitable programs and community outreach. Under her leadership, initiatives such as Play for Paws and Wonderland Wishes contributed more than $222,000 to the Nevada SPCA and $136,000 to Foster Love supporting foster youth programs.

The recognition follows previous honors, including her selection as a finalist for Best Female CEO of the Year at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.
